2. Use of Accessibility Services (Accessibility API)
FlexiGrab requires the use of Android's Accessibility Services (Accessibility API) to function properly.
- Purpose: The Accessibility API is strictly used to automate repetitive screen interactions—such as tapping "Refresh" and "Accept" buttons—within gig-economy applications to assist users in securing delivery blocks quickly and safely.
- Data Collection & Privacy: We DO NOT use the Accessibility API to collect, store, or transmit any personal data, passwords, financial information, or sensitive user information. We do not monitor your screen or interactions outside the specific scope of the targeted delivery applications.
- User Control: The Accessibility Service is entirely controlled by you. It only operates when actively turned on via the "START" button within FlexiGrab and can be stopped or disabled at any time in your device's settings.
3. Information We Collect
To provide our services, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions, we collect the following limited data:
- Account Information: We use Google Sign-In for authentication. We collect your email address solely to create and identify your account.
- Device Information: We collect your Android Device ID (Secure Android ID) to enforce our anti-abuse policy, ensure only one active trial per device, and prevent multiple accounts from bypassing subscription limits.
- Subscription Data: Your license expiration dates and current status (e.g., TRIAL, PAID, EXPIRED) are securely stored in our cloud database.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services & Firebase: Used for secure authentication (Google Sign-In) and real-time database hosting (Firestore).
- Stripe: Used for secure payment processing. FlexiGrab does not directly collect or store your credit card details; all transactions are handled securely by Stripe.
5. Data Security & Retention
Your data is stored securely on Firebase cloud servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or Device ID with outside marketing agencies. We retain your basic account information as long as your account is active.
